After many years at the forefront of crushing technology is Asia, the PCD Series of Hammer Mills are quickly becoming an industry standard for secondary and tertiary crushing in Australasia and the Pacific Islands.
The PCD range is built extremely robustly and this coupled with intelligent design and material quality, provides for a very reliable and low maintenance long term option.
The range includes cast sieve / grid plates across the entire underside discharge, which near doubles performance vs energy, and significantly increases fines production. The sieves can be lowered or raised to ensure clearance / sizing is maintained through all phases of hammer or sieve wear.
Access is simple to all sides, including hydraulic opening of the top shell included as standard.
PCD’s are currently operating very well in a number of locations across Australia. They are proving very well matched for Agricultural Lime production, with a single PCD1616 achieving average output under 2mm of over 120-140mt per hour (with 200mm feed).
