We are a group of guys and girls that have spent many years at the coal face of manufacturing, processing and packaging operations. Our experience hasn’t been built from reading catalogues and browsing web pages, it comes from years of trial and error in real businesses.

We understand the challenges business owners and operators face when it comes to processing investment decisions, because we’ve been on that side of the project many times over the last 15 years.

Origin was born in 2016, largely out of frustration around the lack of true understanding, flexibility and service being offered from existing suppliers across the material processing and industrial packaging line sectors.

Today Origin is a company that works alongside business owners or operators to understand their needs first and foremost. We utilize our own experience in the sector and the vast network of knowledge of our international suppliers to develop and supply creative and unique solutions. We don’t stop there - providing after sales and ongoing support that is consistent, honest, good value, and hassle free.

SHAUN CLEVERLEY
Director / Founder

Shaun has spent over 18 years in management roles within quarrying, mineral processing and primary industry manufacturing businesses.

He understands business from an owner / operators viewpoint and is adept at quickly coming to grips with what issues you are trying to overcome and ways to improve your systems.

PETER BALLANTYNE
General Manager

Peter is a qualified engineer, fitter and welder by trade. He has spent the last 10+ years in Project Management and Engineering roles in the Australian Mining and Resources sectors.

Peter is also the co-owner of a specialist services company which operates within the earthmoving, civil engineering and construction sectors.

SHANE CHRISTIE
Operations Manager

Shane is a qualified industrial electrician and accomplished engineer. He has over 25 years experience in industrial electrical, engineering, automation and pneumatics projects and support..

Shane competently leads his team during installation, commissioning, training, servicing and ongoing on site product support.

AMANDA CLEVERLEY
Office Manager

Amanda has many years of admin and financial management experience. .

She handles all inbound enquiries, service scheduling, parts orders, as well as the companies accounting and international logistics requirements..
